Safeguarding and older people - the role of housing and support
20 April 2010 - 20 April 2010The welfare of older people in their homes is paramount to ensuring that the independence and choice agenda can be achieved. Providing a safe environment for people to live free of the concern of victimisation or abuse is vital. This national conference will look at the key role that housing and support providers for older people have in promoting the safeguarding agenda, engaging with tenants and service users to promote best practice and achieving improved outcomes.
