Standard 4 of the recently launched Tenant Services Authority (TSA) national standards calls for all providers to ‘consult with tenants in developing a published policy for maintaining and improving the neighbourhoods associated with their homes’.
It requires organisations to ‘publish a policy on how they work with relevant partners to prevent and tackle ASB in areas where they own properties’, and most importantly ‘demonstrate that tenants are made aware of their responsibilities and rights in relation to ASB’ and show ‘strong leadership in preventing and tackling ASB’.
This workshop will explore the requirements of the standard in detail and its impact on providers of Housing-related Support and by sharing useful tools and good practice will enable delegates to develop their own ideas to take forward in their organisation.
HouseMark provides ASB performance measurement and improvement support for social landlords. Drawing on this experience and our wealth of good practice we can help you to identify where change is required and support in delivering tailored remedies for anti social behaviour for sheltered and supported housing tenants.
