TSA staff

TSA has four members of staff and their details and responsibilities are shown below.

Paul Gee, Chief Executive

Paul is responsible for the overall direction and management of the Association. While working through his staff team, he takes the lead for the development of the Association's political lobbying, partnerships and external networks, work on technical and operational standards, communications and marketing strategies, risk management, the business plan and operational strategies.

Marian Preece, Operations Manager

Marian has responsibility for maintaining and developing relationships with members, and encouraging the growth of new membership. She is also responsible for the promotion, development and maintenance of the Code of Practice, including instigating and running a comprehensive training programme.

Maureen Harvey, Office Manager

Maureen is responsible for the running of the Association's office and the development and proper operation of all administrative systems. She is specifically responsible for the marketing and administration of the Association's events activities, the Annual Conference, sales of advertising and media services, production management of publications, maintenance of staff diaries and development of information systems. In addition, she acts as Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive.
